Best Ever!!!!! My wife met with Jen Zeller on a Tuesday a week before the Super Bowl. On that day she and my wife went to view a few houses. On that following Saturday Jen picked our family up and we went on our search. Jen was very excited to meet us all and she bonded with our family and our two girls right away! She had snacks in the car for the kids and we went to look at several houses. Long story short, we ended up making an offer on the first house my wife looked at with Jen! The seller accepted and it was time to sell our condo. It went on the market Friday before the Super Bowl. On Saturday we had ten showings and within a few hours we had 4 offers!! I have nothing but praise for Jen Zeller's professional assistance. She beautifully marketed and sold our condo in 2 days of showings for above asking price. She knew exactly how to set up and handle the showings. Then Jen spent 3 months of weekends with us and constructed 11 to 14 contracts to help us purchase a new home in an extremely difficult market. Every house had 25 or more offers. It became painful to even put in an offer. When it came to contracts, Jen did a wonderful job and provided sound advice. She treated us like friends and family throughout the whole process and promised we would not end up homeless.
