Friendly tip for Sellers...When hiring an agent, look them up. Google them. Look at reviews. Check their website and Social Media links. Sellers, do they know where you reside? How? Are they community? (Owning a Rental does not count). How many properties have they bought and sold in YOUR area? These are questions you need to be asking. Hiring an agent because “you know them” is a detriment to your experience in this market. Hire an agent that knows your community, the market and what works best for you. Investors want to take what they can get… GET A 2ND OPINION! If you don’t, it could be detrimental. Hire someone who has your back! This is a lot of $ that should be handled with the utmost respect. Value it and go with an agent that won’t ruin the sale of your home.
