Best realtor ever!! Jen stepped in and literally saved me when I’d been in an immensely stressful situation. I had to sell my house ASAP due to financial reasons post-layoff, and while timing with the market was less than optimal, my prior “realtors” monumentally failed me. Buying and selling homes can be stressful especially in the Colorado market but with Jen and her team she made the process as smooth as possible. Jennifer was just wonderful to work with. For being a 1st time buyer I couldn't have asked for a better agent. Best Ever!!!!! My wife met with Jen Zeller on a Tuesday a week before the Super Bowl. On that day she and my wife went to view a few houses. On that following Saturday Jen picked our family up and we went on our search. Jen was very excited to meet us all and she bonded with our family and our two girls right away! She had snacks in the car for the kids and we went to look at several houses. Long story short, we ended up making an offer on the first house my wife looked at with Jen! The seller accepted and it was time to sell our condo. It went on the market Friday before the Super Bowl. On Saturday we had ten showings and within a few hours we had 4 offers!! Our condo was under contract on Super Bowl Sunday! The next few weeks Jen was on the ball with anything and everything we needed to do to close!!! I have nothing but praise for Jen Zeller's professional assistance. She beautifully marketed and sold our condo in 2 days of showings for above asking price. She knew exactly how to set up and handle the showings. Then Jen spent 3 months of weekends with us and constructed 11 to 14 contracts to help us purchase a new home in an extremely difficult market. Every house had 25 or more offers. It became painful to even put in an offer. When it came to contracts, Jen did a wonderful job and provided sound advice. She treated us like friends and family throughout the whole process and promised we would not end up homeless. From start to end, Jen Zeller was upbeat, knowledgeable, professional, and laughed at our all our idiosyncrasies. Consider engaging Jen for your selling or purchasing - you will not be sorry.

I was nervous when I first responded to a flyer left on our condo door describing the market and offering her services. But those concerns dissolved at our first meeting.
